PRISI\u00d3N PREVENTIVA COMO PROBABLE RESPONSABLE DEL DELITO DE HOMICIDIO DOLOSO CALIFICADO<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Coatzacoalcos, Ver, 24 de junio de 2025.- La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado informa que, tras la detenci\u00f3n mediante orden de aprehensi\u00f3n, de Abraham \u201cN\u201d, alias \u201c00\u201d, efectuada en el municipio de Tuxtla Guti\u00e9rrez, Chiapas, se llev\u00f3 a cabo su traslado al municipio de Coatzacoalcos, Veracruz, con el apoyo de fuerzas de seguridad Federales y Estatales, para ser presentado por la Fiscal\u00eda Regional Coatzacoalcos ante el juez que lo requiri\u00f3 para la audiencia inicial, donde se formul\u00f3 imputaci\u00f3n en su contra como probable responsable del delito de homicidio doloso calificado, dentro del proceso penal 161\/ 2025, dictando el juez como medida cautelar, prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los hechos por los que se le se\u00f1ala ocurrieron al interior de un establecimiento ubicado en la colonia Puerto M\u00e9xico de la ciudad de Coatzacoalcos, cuando presuntamente accion\u00f3 un arma de fuego en contra de la v\u00edctima identificada con las iniciales C.A.P.R., priv\u00e1ndole de la vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Veracruz, agradece la colaboraci\u00f3n de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad y Protecci\u00f3n Ciudadana, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Chiapas; as\u00ed como, de las fuerzas de seguridad Federales y Estatales, cuya coordinaci\u00f3n interinstitucional hizo posible este resultado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Abraham \u201cN\u201d era un objetivo prioritario en la zona Sur del Estado. Se investiga su probable participaci\u00f3n en otros hechos delictivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
