Alicia Todd Hern\u00e1ndez, en donde parte de la comunidad jur\u00eddica del sur de Veracruz, Magistrados, jueces y litigantes.<br>Tomo la protesta el presidente del Consejo Directivo del Colegio de Abogados en Litigaci\u00f3n Oral del Estado de Veracruz Mtro.
